Severus Snape

Interpretation: The arbitrary and painful end (you're telling me!).

This was done for the HP Tarot Fest on LJ. The challenge was to draw a spread of 3 cards and interpret them. I drew The Magician, which I interpreted, unsurprisingly, as Harry Potter, based on the aspect of the card: The masculine, active principle, impulse-giving power, intuition and the creative spirit. VII of Swords, which I interpreted as Narcissa Malfoy, based on the apect of the card: Danger expressed as deceitfulness, cunning and insincerity, which made me think of her deceit of the Dark Lord. [link]
X of Swords, which I interpreted as Severus Snape based on the aspect of the card: The arbitrary and painful end, which made me think of how harshly his death was treated in the final book. [link]
